Cold-pressed cooking oils

Traditionally in India, edible oils like Coconut, Groundnut, Sesame, and Mustard were extracted in a wooden or stone mill by pressing the dried oil seeds and then filtering the oil that comes out. But with the advent of refined oils, these cold-pressed oils were replaced by refined oils which undergo a chemical refining process. At FreshMill oils, we have gone back to our roots by pressing oils in the same traditional methods used by our ancestors. There's enough to prove that cold-pressed oils contain more nutrients and are much healthier than chemically refines oils.
