Sourced from Mandya, often called the "Sugar City" of Karnataka, our jaggery is made from sulphur-free sugarcane grown without pesticide use. The juice is traditionally boiled and concentrated without adding any chemicals like sulphur for colour. Each batch is tested to ensure high sucrose content (87.33%) and is free from pesticide residues and heavy metals. Unlike refined sugar, this remains unprocessed and naturally rich.
