Sourced from Pollachi, the coconut city of India, our coconuts come from highly ethical small farmers who sun-dry them naturally without using sulphur, ensuring clean, chemical-free copra. The oil is extracted using the traditional Mara Chekku (wood-pressed) method with no heat or refining. Each batch is tested to ensure it is sulphur-free and free from adulterants like argemone oil. Unlike refined oils that may involve solvents like hexane, this remains completely natural and safe.
